Welcome to Clark Canine College

Hi, I’m Karen Clark, the proud caretaker of Clark Canine College. With years of experience in dog training and a deep passion for canine welfare, I am dedicated to providing a nurturing and positive environment for dogs of all breeds and skill levels. My focus is on helping both dogs and their owners achieve their goals through effective training techniques.

Since taking over in 2024, I have continued the legacy founded by Walter Doran in 1971, enhancing our training programs and maintaining our strong reputation in the New Albany community for transforming unruly pups into well-behaved companions.

Obedience Training

Our obedience training program is designed to teach your dog essential commands and improve their behavior in various environments. We focus on traditional balanced training methods to ensure a joyful learning experience.

Training Pricing

Our board and train program is available for $1,200.00 for a two-week duration. This package includes complimentary follow-up visits for the lifetime of your beloved pet. Additionally, we provide one-hour training sessions at a rate of $100.00, where we guide you in teaching your dog effectively.

Boarding Services

Our boarding facility provides a comfortable and loving environment for your dogs while you are away. With professional staff on-site, your furry friends receive the care and attention they deserve. Each indoor kennel has an attached outside run. Feel free to bring anything you feel comfortable leaving your dog alone with. You have a choice to either bring your food or we can provide food for you.

Boarding Pricing

The boarding fee is $30 per night. If you wish to board a second dog in the same kennel as the first, it will incur an additional charge of $15. We also provide 15-minute one-on-one play sessions and walks for $10 each. Additionally, we offer an exit bath for $10.
